A leading foundation in community health is seeking a Band 5 Speech and Language Therapist to join their Adult Autism Keyworker Support Service. Are you looking to start your career in adult’s speech and language therapy or perhaps you are recently qualified and moving into the area? We have an exciting opportunity for a Band 5 Speech and Language Therapist to come and work for the Adult Autism Keyworker Support Service in Kent and Medway.
We are an integrated team that includes Occupational Therapists and social worker and seek to add other specialist skills to our team. We support autistic adults in the community many of who have communication needs. This is a newly developed service and offers opportunity to help shape it.
We have a full-time Band 5 speech and language therapy post on a Fixed Term Contract until March 2026 available. We are looking for a therapist who is passionate about improving outcomes for autistic adults with communication needs in the community. We can offer a range of clinical experiences so that you can explore and develop as a clinician at your pace.

The main focus of this post is to provide psychosocial /psychoeducational post diagnostic support for autistic adults across Kent and Medway.
