Pulse has recently partnered with one of the UK’s leading providers of diagnostic and healthcare solutions. We are currently looking for an experienced Speech and Language Therapist to support the clinical leadership of the service. This position is based in London, accessible via public transport.
About the role:
As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will support educational and residential colleagues to create therapeutic environments and, based on clinical assessments, provide individualized interventions and engagement for young people.

Your main responsibilities:
- Collaborate within schools and children’s homes to ensure therapeutic support is integrated into daily life
- Provide consultation, workshops, training, and guidance to educational and residential teams
What we are looking for:
- Qualified Speech and Language Therapist registered with the HCPC
- Proven skills and experience with children and young people with complex needs
- Experience supporting teams to provide clinically informed environments and experiences
- Confident, engaging, and effective in modeling, guiding, leading, and training
- Highly organized and proactive
- Dedicated to achieving the best outcomes for young people
