The college is a specialist institution for Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC) students, committed to providing educational, vocational, and social opportunities in the community.

This is an exciting opportunity to join the growing clinical team supporting the college. The role involves developing the Speech and Language Therapy services alongside the Lead Clinician, Regional Clinical Lead, and Head of Speech and Language Therapy.

The school seeks a dedicated and experienced Speech and Language Therapist / SALT for a long-term placement. The successful candidate will oversee the operation of the SEND policy and coordinate support for pupils with EHC plans. The SENCO will provide guidance and liaise with staff, parents, and external agencies to ensure high-quality support for pupils with SEN.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A Speech and Language Therapy degree
• Registration with HCPC and RCSLT or RCOT
• 1-2 years of experience as a fully registered RCSLT member in a similar setting
• Strong report writing skills related to clinical and research activities
