Job Title: Speech and Language Therapist
Salary: £30,000 - £48,000 pro rata - Term Time Only plus two weeks worked in the school holidays
Hours: 24 hrs, 3 days 8.30am - 4.30pm
Contract: Permanent, Term Time only, plus two weeks worked in the school holidays.
Essential: Full UK driving licence and access to own vehicle required
About the role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing clinical team supporting the school. You will work alongside the Lead Clinician, Clinical Locality Lead, and Head of Speech and Language Therapy to develop our Speech and Language Therapy services.
We seek a candidate with experience in implementing preventative interventions at a systems level, with a whole school approach (newly qualified clinicians considered). The role involves collaborating with education staff and other clinical disciplines to maximize impact for students.
You will manage a speech and language therapy caseload, contribute to staff training and consultation, and provide information and training to staff, commissioners, and agencies as needed. The role requires resilience, enthusiasm, a creative therapeutic approach, decision-making ability, and workload management skills.
