Job Title: Speech and Language Therapist
Location: Brookthorpe Hall School – Gloucestershire GL4 0UN
Salary: Up to £53,200 pro rata (dependent on experience)
*Please note- basic gradeSALT offers from £33,000+,Specialistfrom£39,500+&Highly specialist from£48,000+*
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday,hours tooverlap with core school hours(Parttimehoursmaybeconsidered)
Contract: Permanent (Term timeonly,orflexibility aroundfull-time contractcan be discussed based on your personalcircumstances)

The role:
We are looking for a Speech and LanguageTherapist to join our in-houseclinical team atBrookthorpe Hall School
Working collaboratively with theeducation team, you will deliver bespokeSpeech and LanguageTherapyassessment and interventionto pupilswho may have experienced developmental trauma, be neurodivergent or have SEMH needs.You will work within the standardsprovidedin theOFGSpeech and Language Therapy Ways of Working. This will guide your practice within an education setting and clarify your roles and responsibilities, whiletaking into account the requirements of yourgoverning andprofessional bodies.You will be given responsibility for holding a Speech and Language therapy caseload, with the full support ofyour designated clinical supervisor and site lead, also contributing to staff training and consultation asrequiredThis post would suit a resilient,creative and enthusiastic individual.
