Location: The Shires - Stretton / Oakham / Meadows View LE15 7GT
Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday-Friday
Contract: Permanent, Term-Time only. (There may be scope for this role to be a full-time contract (52 weeks); please get in touch to discuss.)
Salary: Up to GBP53,200 FTE DOE
Essential: Full valid UK driving licence and access to own vehicle

We currently have an opportunity for a Speech and Language Therapist to join our developing Clinical Team across our Shires - Stretton / Oakham / Meadows View schools. The post holder will work collaboratively to deliver assessment and intervention plans for our pupils. This is an excellent opportunity to join us as we grow and embed our clinical provision, working with education colleagues to implement a holistic, therapeutic approach.
You will manage a Speech and Language Therapy caseload and contribute to staff training, consultation, and reflective practice. This role is both challenging and rewarding, suited for a resilient and enthusiastic individual with a therapeutic approach, decision-making skills, and workload management abilities.
You will receive support including regular clinical supervision from our Speech and Language Therapy network within Outcomes First Group, along with access to ongoing professional development.
