Job description

Job Title: Speech and Language Therapist (East Midlands – Post-Diagnostic Support)

Location: East Midlands (various locations)

Rate: £50 per professional hour + 45p per mile (travel)

Hours: Flexible (1-hour sessions, volume determined per referral)

We are seeking experienced Speech and Language Therapists (SALTs) to deliver ongoing post-diagnostic support for children following EHCP assessments. While we occasionally receive referrals for initial assessments, this role primarily focuses on continued therapeutic support (PDS) tailored to each child’s needs.

Key Requirements:

  • HCPC registered Speech and Language Therapist
  • Minimum 5 years of post-graduate experience practicing in the UK
  • Based in the East Midlands
  • Experienced working with children and young people with ADHD, Autism, and neurodiverse profiles (diagnostic tool experience not required)

Role Details:

  • £50 per professional hour
  • Travel reimbursed at 45p per mile
  • Sessions are 1 hour each, delivered on an ongoing basis
  • Number of sessions will vary and will be confirmed on a case-by-case basis at the point of referral
  • Flexible schedule to suit your availability
