A leading company working with young people in education is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist for a specialist college and training hotel in Minehead. The role involves providing high-quality assessment and intervention, as well as opportunities for professional development for newly qualified therapists.

Location:Minehead, Somerset.
Salary: £29,885.93 - £43,645.39 (FTE £32,302.40 - £47,174.40)
Hours: 40 hours per week – Term time only/42 weeks
Contract: 12 month FTC
Teaching Personnel have a great opportunity to work with a specialist college and training hotel for young people with learning disabilities situated in Minehead.
The main purpose of the role
As the Speech and Language Therapist, you will work as part of a multi-disciplinary team within the therapy service. The speech and language therapists provide a high standard of assessment and intervention to young people. They provide and deliver treatment plans that work alongside the young persons’ EHCP. This role is also ideal for a newly qualified practitioner, who would benefit from clinical supervision and training from Specialist Speech and Language Therapists in the team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
