3. Assess needs, develop, and implement targeted speech and language therapy programs for referred children.
4. Offer expert advice to parents and professionals on managing children with communication or feeding difficulties.
5. Fulfil professional and legal responsibilities under the Children and Families Act 2014, contributing to statutory assessments and implementing provisions outlined in Education Health and Care Plans.
6. Maintain accountability for personal professional actions, seeking guidance from senior colleagues when needed.
7. Provide line management, supervision, and support to less experienced colleagues and students, including offering second opinions.

To be successful in this role, you must be a registered HCPC practitioner and hold a valid UK driver's license.
