Beaumont College, part of Salutem Care & Education, invites a Speech and Language Therapist to join its multidisciplinary therapy team. You will support young adults (18–25) with complex communication needs, autism and learning disabilities, helping them access learning and maximise independence.
Based in Lancaster & Blackpool with travel to Carlisle and Ulverston, the role involves caseload management, AAC implementation, and dysphagia support within a Total Communication Environment.

Location: Lancaster & Blackpool (with occasional travel to Carlisle and Ulverston)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8 hours per day
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only + 5 INSET Days
We are looking for a passionate and skilled Speech and Language Therapist to join Beaumont College's multidisciplinary therapy team. Supporting young adults aged 18-25 with complex learning disabilities, autism, physical disabilities, sensory needs and communication difficulties, you will play a vital role in helping students access learning, develop communication skills and maximise their independence.
Working within a Total Communication Environment, you'll manage a varied caseload, providing specialist assessment, intervention and support for students with complex communication needs and dysphagia, while contributing to positive educational, social and life outcomes.
