This is an exciting opportunity to join our growing clinical team supporting the school. The successful candidate will help develop the Speech and Language Therapy services working alongside the Lead Clinician, Clinical Locality Lead, and Head of Speech and Language Therapy.
We are looking for a candidate with experience in implementing preventative interventions at a systems level with a whole school approach (We would consider newly qualified clinicians). The role involves working collaboratively with education staff and other clinical disciplines to maximize impact for all students.
You will manage a speech and language therapy caseload and contribute to staff training and consultation, supported by our Clinical Team. The role requires resilience, enthusiasm, a creative therapeutic approach, decision-making skills, and workload management. Additionally, you will provide training and information to staff, commissioners, and agencies as needed.
