Position: Speech and Language Therapist
Location: West Drayton, Greater London
Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: Full-Time, Term-Time Only

Are you a passionate Speech and Language Therapist looking to make a real difference in the lives of children with special educational needs? A warm and welcoming SEN school in West Drayton is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech and Language Therapist to join their multidisciplinary team.

About the Role

As a Speech and Language Therapist, you will:

  1. Assess, plan, and deliver therapy sessions tailored to individual student needs.
  2. Support children with speech, language, communication, and feeding difficulties, including autism and other complex needs.
  3. Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, teaching assistants, and families to implement therapy strategies in the classroom and at home.
  4. Contribute to EHCP planning and reviews, providing professional input and recommendations.
  5. Monitor and evaluate progress, adapting therapy approaches as needed.
What We're Looking For
  1. Degree in Speech and Language Therapy and HCPC registration.
  2. Experience working in an educational or SEN setting (preferred but not essential for newly qualified therapists).
  3. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  4. A creative, child-centred approach to therapy.
