Job Title: Band 5 Speech and Language Therapist

Due to a successful expansion in our schools, we are looking to employ a full-time, term-time only Band 5 Speech and Language Therapist. The working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:45am – 3:45pm, plus inset hours, currently 2 hours on a Tuesday. The position may cover 2 sites, Ripplevale Upper School in Ripple and Ripplevale Lower School in Broadstairs, but this is negotiable and may be based over one area for the right candidate.

We seek an innovative and passionate SaLT specialist eager for an exciting role in a well-established SEN Independent school. Responsibilities include assisting in SaLT provision for students from primary age through Post 16 with Autism and/or SLCN needs. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering SaLT and communication interventions, monitoring and reporting on individual and group needs, devising provision plans, and ensuring the best outcomes for our students.

Experience in a school setting or with a paediatric population is preferred, but recently qualified therapists will also be considered.
