A specialist school in Colchester is seeking a Speech and Language Therapist to join their dedicated team. This is a fantastic opportunity to provide direct support to students in both group and 1:1 settings, working closely with teachers and support staff to enhance students' learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group therapy within the learning environment
  • Work closely with the Class Teacher and Teaching Assistant to contribute to lessons
  • Assist with lesson preparation, schemes of work, ISPs, and Care Plans
What We're Looking For in a Speech and Language Therapist:
  • NVQ Level 3 Supporting Teaching and Learning (desirable but not essential)
  • GCSE Maths & English (Grade C or above)
  • Experience working with students with autism or learning disabilities in an educational setting (highly advantageous)
