Our 14-bed residential service provides tailored, person-centred rehabilitation care plans aimed at maximising independence and recovery. We specialise in post-acute rehabilitation and manage long-term neurological conditions, emphasising therapy, care, and quality of life. What you'll be working:
This role is 15 hours per week, with days and times to be agreed.
