Speech and Language Teaching Assistant - responsibilities

* Supporting pupils with a range of speech and language needs
* Assisting with the delivery of tailored speech and communication interventions

* Liaising with class teachers, SEN staff, and therapists
* Tracking and reporting on student progress

Speech and Language Teaching Assistant- requirements

* Psychology or core subject graduate with a 2.1 or above
* Able to support students with challenging behaviour
* Previous experience working with SEN pupils is desirable
* Strong academic background
* Confident and motivated
* Desire to progress onto teacher training, Educational Psychology or SaLT
