We’re building our talent pool of Catering Account Directors

To support our ambitious long-term growth plans, we’re seeking entrepreneurial Catering Account Directors to join our dynamic and award-winning Eurest business.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships that consistently exceed expectations.
2. Ensure contract performance aligns with budgetary goals and delivers on financial and business objectives.
3. Monitor and evaluate KPIs and SLAs to drive continuous improvement.
4. Identify opportunities for innovation, growth, and operational efficiency.
5. Develop and implement a labour strategy that meets contractual requirements.
6. Collaborate with the sales team to create competitive bids and proposals, supporting successful contract finalisation.
7. Lead by example by providing constructive feedback and addressing underperformance effectively.
8. Shape the customer strategy and ensure the necessary tools are in place for successful delivery.
9. Stay ahead of industry trends and market shifts to inform strategic decisions.
10. Drive the strategic growth of current accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
11. Oversee new business mobilisations, working with Sales, Culinary, Mobilisation, Technology, and Innovation teams to deliver effective solutions.

About You:

1. At least 3 years of mid-senior level experience in a market-leading food, leisure, or hospitality business, preferably within contract catering.
2. Proven ability to lead and manage large, complex teams across multiple geographical locations to achieve outstanding results.
3. Experienced in working with clients spread across various locations.
4. Passionate about food, exceptional customer service, and enhancing the culinary offering.
5. Strong commercial acumen with a solid understanding of financial operations.
