Commercial Heating Systems, Hot Water Systems, Boilers, Flow Hot Waters, Water Systems, Storage Tanks, Water Treatments, Flues, Twin Flow, Heat Pumps, Piping Systems, Plumbing & Heating, Radiators, Valves, Pressure Gauges, Plumbers & Builders Merchants, Contractors, M&E Consultants, M&E Contractors, Specifiers, Area Sales.

Area to be covered:

North East OR South East (other locations considered depending on experience).

Remuneration:

£45,000 - £50,000 + circa £6,000 bonus.

Fully expensed car or £550 car allowance + full benefits package.

Role Overview:
  • Field sales position selling a range of distributed & manufactured hot water systems.
  • Focus on selling into the commercial sector.
  • Targeting M&E consultants, specifiers, and M&E contractors (e.g., Arup & WSP).
  • Initial turnover target of £200k-£250k in the first year, with a long-term goal of reaching £1m.
  • Primarily generating new business from incoming inquiries.
  • Conducting CPD seminars regularly.
  • Autonomy to pursue projects nationally, focusing on your designated area.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
  • Experience selling technical plumbing and heating products (e.g., boilers, water heating systems, pumps, pipes, valves, heating controls, radiators, etc.).
  • Experience selling to M&E consultants, specifiers, and M&E contractors.
  • Technical understanding of relevant products.
  • Commercially astute and a self-starter.
  • People person with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Effective technical communicator.
