The Role of the Specification Sales Manager

The role of the Specification Sales Manager - Hot Water Storage & Energy Management Systems will involve selling a high quality manufactured range of hot water storage and energy management solutions. All of your time will be spent generating specification with social housing, architects, M&E consultants and specifiers, working on both new build and retrofit projects.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Field sales position selling a high quality manufactured range of hot water storage and energy management solutions
  • Generating specification with social housing, architects, M&E consultants and specifiers

The Ideal Applicant

The ideal applicant will be a Specification Sales Manager - Hot Water Storage & Energy Management Systems experience with:

  • Technical specification sales experience in the related field (e.g. energy systems, solar systems, hot water storage, plumbing & heating controls, heat pumps, electrical heaters, air conditioning)
  • New build and social housing specification experience
  • A black box of contacts
  • Self-starter, people person and relationship builder
  • Technical good communicator
