The Role of Area Specification Sales Manager - Facades:

As Area Specification Sales Manager, you will be tasked with winning the specification for a wide range of façade products for new build developments both within the commercial and residential sectors across Central London. Building long-term relationships with architects is essential, as is ensuring that the specifications are maintained with the main contractors, developers, and sub-contractors. Typical accounts could include Vinci, Bowmer + Kirkland, and Cala Homes. You will be given full support in developing business with access to Glenigan, a state-of-the-art showroom in Clerkenwell to meet clients, and strong investment in corporate hospitality.

  • Driving licence
