Key Skills and Responsibilities
  1. Be fully conversant with the complete range and technical specifications of our products to facilitate suitable procurement solutions that meet customer needs.
  2. Ensure regular contact with local developers, interior designers, and architects to provide up-to-date specifications and price lists.
  3. Develop and encourage existing and prospective customers to purchase Porcelanosa products over competitors based on product quality, unique solutions, and service.
  4. Introduce all new products and services offered by Porcelanosa in line with current business strategy.
  5. Stay aware of market trends, competitors’ activities, product ranges, strengths, and weaknesses.
  6. Aim to accomplish and exceed set sales targets monthly and annually.
Personal Attributes
  1. Excellent management and people skills.
  2. Clear, positive communicator with good negotiation and influencing skills.
  3. Relevant experience in face-to-face customer sales or possess the traits to fulfill this role.
  4. Driven individual who strives to bring in new business and maintain existing accounts.
  5. At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  6. Preferably with a background in Kitchen, Bathroom, or Tiles.
  7. Must hold a UK driving license.
