Area Specification Sales Manager

The Role of Area Specification Sales Manager - Facades:

As Area Specification Sales Manager you will be tasked with winning the specification for a wide range of façade products for new build developments both within the commercial and residential sectors across Central London. Building long term relationships with architects is essential as is ensuring that the specifications are maintained with the main contractors, developers and sub-contractors. Typical accounts could include Vinci, Bowmer + Kirkland and Cala Homes. You will be given full support in developing business with access to Glenigan, a State of the art showroom in Clerkenwell to meet clients and strong investment in corporate hospitality.

*Stable work history

*Driving licence

Benefits of this Specification Area Sales Manager - Facades role:

*£50,000 to £60,000 base salary

*Uncapped commission, OTE £100k + year 2

*Electric company car or cash allowance

*25 days annual leave + Bank Holidays
