Eaton is seeking a Specification Sales Engineer – Power Distribution to drive specified demand for LV/MV power distribution in commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects across the UK.
You will engage with consulting engineers and end users, deliver CPDs and design workshops, provide technical guidance on switchgear and energy management, and work with sales and product teams to convert specifications into project wins.

Is responsible for driving specified demand for Eaton's low voltage and medium voltage power distribution portfolio by influencing design decisions during the earliest stages of construction, infrastructure, industrial and refurbishment projects. The role focuses on engaging with consulting engineers and end users to ensure Eaton solutions are specified into projects before tender. The Specification Sales Engineer will identify, develop and protect project opportunities whilst positioning Eaton as the preferred technical partner for power distribution and energy resilience solutions. This role is open to candidates with prior experience in similar roles or to those with a technical background wishing to move into a technically focused sales role.
