Role Overview:

The Lighting Specification Sales Engineer will be responsible for:

• Field sales promoting architectural indoor and outdoor lighting
• Specification sales, winning projects, and influencing clients such as electrical engineers, architects, and lighting designers
• Following up on leads and managing projects, with project sizes up to £1m
• Managing a CRM database of contacts, primarily focusing on new business
• Targeting prestigious commercial projects and high street retailers

Candidate Profile:

• Experience as a Lighting Specification Sales Engineer or in electrical specification sales, with product training provided
• Technically minded with contacts within interior designers, electrical engineers, M&E consultants (advantageous)
• Access to London daily
• Proactive, hardworking, tenacious, with good business acumen
