The Role

As a Specification Manager covering Scotland and parts of the North of England, you will engage with Architects, Local Authorities, and End Users within the commercial, health, and education sectors. Your focus will be on specifying washroom solutions such as cubicles, lockers & benches, and sinks. This is a project-based role where you will secure specifications, prepare proposals, and collaborate with the Inside Sales Team to see projects through to completion with Contractors & End Users. You will work closely with an experienced Contractor Sales Manager to generate leads effectively. Approximately 50% of your time will focus on new build projects, with the remainder on retrofit and refurbishment. You will have access to lead generation tools like Glenigans and will conduct CPD seminars both virtually and in person. This is a home-based role, with most meetings conducted via video, but requiring at least 15 face-to-face interactions per month, with travel around 1-2 days weekly.

Salary & Benefits
