The Role:

As a Specification Manager covering Scotland and parts of North England, you will engage with Architects, Local Authorities, and End Users in commercial, health, and education sectors, specifying washroom solutions like cubicles, lockers & benches, and sinks. This is a project-based role focused on winning specifications, documenting them, and collaborating with the Inside Sales Team to complete projects with Contractors & End Users. You will partner with an experienced Contractor Sales Manager to ensure effective lead generation. 50% of your time will be on new build projects; the rest on retrofit and refurbishments. You will have access to Glenigans for lead generation and will conduct CPD seminars virtually and in person. The role is home-based with face-to-face meetings at least 15 times a month, requiring travel approximately 1-2 days per week.

Salary & Benefits:
