We are seeking a Specification Manager to cover Scotland and parts of Northern England. The role involves engaging with Architects, Local Authorities, and End Users in the commercial, health, and education sectors to specify washroom solutions including cubicles, lockers & benches, and sinks. This project-based position focuses on winning specifications, preparing proposals, and collaborating with the Inside Sales Team to close deals with Contractors & End Users. You will work closely with an experienced Contractor Sales Manager to generate leads, with approximately 50% of your time dedicated to new build projects and the remainder to retrofit and refurbishment projects.
The role is home-based, with most meetings conducted virtually, but requiring at least 15 face-to-face interactions per month, involving travel 1-2 days weekly.
