Job Description:

Role Overview: As a Specification Manager covering Scotland and parts of Northern England, you will engage with Architects, Local Authorities, and End Users in the commercial, health, and education sectors. Your focus will be on specifying washroom solutions such as cubicles, lockers, benches, and sinks. This is a project-based role involving winning specifications, collaborating with the Inside Sales Team, and managing projects from initial contact through to completion. You will work closely with an experienced Contractor Sales Manager to generate leads, primarily through new build projects, with additional retrofit and refurbishment work. The role is home-based, with regular face-to-face meetings and events, requiring travel around 1-2 days per week.
