Specification & Artwork Specialist (QEHS Professional)
16 month Fixed Term Contract
We are currently looking for a Specification and Artwork Specialist to join Arla Foods UK Central QEHS function on a 16-month fixed-term contact. This role is to cover a secondment, with additional time included to ensure a smooth and thorough handover.

How will you make an impact?
Reporting to the Head of UK Customer QEHS, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the business to deliver Arla Foods QEHS strategies, standards, policies, processes, and customer requirements- while actively monitoring compliance.
Your primary responsibility will be the review and approval of specifications and artwork for both own brand and private label products.
Additional responsibilities include;
Ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement by interpreting legislation, customer requirements, and industry standards to enhance the QEHS Management System.
Provide specialist QEHS expertise across the business, contributing to projects, developing systems of work, and supporting innovation/NPD and infrastructure initiatives to minimise QEHS risk to Arla.
Monitor and report on QEHS performance, using data analysis to identify trends and support problem-solving and continuous improvement efforts.
Engage with internal and external stakeholders to support customer and regulatory interactions.
What will make you successful
The ideal candidate will bring:
Proven experience in Specification and Artwork
A degree in food science, technology, environment/sustainability, or a related discipline.
Relevant QEHS qualifications would be desirable.
