Job description

We have a new opportunity for a Specialty Registrar A&E in Salisbury.

Here are the key details for this role:

• Contract date: ASAP – Ongoing
• Shift: Full-Time
• Days of Shift: Monday to Friday
• Shift hours: 09:00am – 17:00pm
• Duties:
• See undifferentiated adult and paediatric patients presenting to the ED across resus, majors, minors, and paediatric areas.
• Support the consultant in running shifts, adopt the EPIC role, and manage the Emergency Department when the EM consultant is not present but on call from home.
• Provide supervision to resident doctors/ACPs.

Experience:

• Operating at a tier 4 level in an NHS hospital with at least 3 months of tier 4 EM experience.
• Current holder of ALS/ATLS/EPALS (or equivalent).
