We are seeking an enthusiastic Specialty Dr in Adult Psychiatry to work full-time hours per week for our client based in London, Greater London. This is an inpatient role available on a locum basis for the successful candidate to start immediately for a short-term contract.
What will your responsibilities be?
As a Specialty Dr in Adult Psychiatry, your key responsibilities will include conducting comprehensive psychiatric assessments. You will evaluate adults to understand their mental health challenges, considering their personal history and symptoms. Based on these assessments, you will formulate individualized treatment plans tailored to each person’s needs and goals.
You will be responsible for regularly monitoring and evaluating the progress of individuals. You will adjust treatment plans as needed to optimize care. Additionally, you will contribute to risk assessments and management strategies, ensuring the safety and well-being of those in your care. This role requires both clinical expertise and a compassionate approach.
