Job summary

An established industry player in healthcare is seeking a Specialty Doctor in Psychiatry to join their team in Liverpool. This role offers the chance to provide vital psychiatric assessments and treatment to adult patients, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care. With a locum contract running until January 2025, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact in the lives of patients while maintaining accurate records and participating in clinical meetings. Job description

Specialty Doctor Psychiatry (Adult) – Liverpool

Location: Liverpool
Information: From 4th November or ASAP until 31st January 2025. Monday to Friday, 9.00-17.00. Must have Section 12 status but AC status is not required. Must have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Psychiatry.
Contract Type: Locum contract.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide psychiatric assessments and treatment to adult patients.
2. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
3. Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
4. Participate in clinical meetings and contribute to treatment planning.

Qualifications:

1. Full registration with the GMC and a license to practice without restrictions.
2. Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Psychiatry.
3. Section 12 status.
