Specialty Doctor in Healthy Ageing Service
10 Sessions per week
Applications are invited to join The Healthy Ageing Service (HAS) and be part of a multidisciplinary team comprising Medical Staff, Registered Mental Health Nurses, Mental Health Practitioners, non-medical prescribers, Care Home Liaison Practitioner, Health Care Assistants, Clinical Psychologists, Occupational Therapist, and administrative staff.
The successful candidate will be highly motivated, energetic, and passionate about delivering high-quality care to patients suffering from mental health problems. They should have experience of team working, possess sound organisational skills, and be able to work on their own initiative. Effective communication and empathic skills are essential.
The post-holder will be part of a medical team consisting of a Consultant Psychiatrist and a Trainee Doctor. The position requires full GMC registration, and we are seeking a candidate with experience in general adult psychiatry.
The successful applicant must possess a valid and current driver’s license.
