Specialty Doctor in Haematology and Oncology
We are seeking a Specialty Doctor to join NHS Lothian at St John’s Hospital. The role involves providing autonomous services within the Haematology and Oncology Day unit, focusing on SACT prescribing, assessment, supportive therapies, and patient follow-up, including transplants and CAR-T therapies. The position offers full-time (40 hours/week) employment, with consideration for part-time requests.
The successful candidate will have full GMC registration and a Licence to Practice, with at least four years of postgraduate training or equivalent experience. The role requires collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and participation in clinics and meetings, depending on interests and service needs.
