Job summary

HCRG Care Group is seeking a Specialty Doctor in Developmental Paediatrics to deliver specialist assessments, diagnoses and treatments for children and young people. You will work within a multidisciplinary team, providing holistic care and contributing to safeguarding and case reviews.

The role offers agile working, a supportive culture and ongoing CPD opportunities. The post includes supervision, teaching and involvement in audits and clinical governance, with access to development pathways

Qualifications

  • UK recognised medical degree.
  • Current full GMC registration.
  • Evidence of training in all aspects of child protection assessment (level 3).
  • MDT/inter-disciplinary practice experience.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct developmental paediatrics clinics including SEND assessments and Looked After Children reports.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for assessment, treatment and safeguarding activities.
  • Participate in supervision, teaching, audits, governance and service development.
