Job description

We have been appointed by one of the well-performing NHS Trusts in South East England to help recruit a Specialty Doctor in Acute Medicine on a Permanent/NHS Fixed Term basis.

The successful appointee will be expected to undertake various duties, including:

  1. Assessment and management of acute patients admitted to the AMU.
  2. Participating in the daily assessment of patients and initiating management plans.
  3. Performing procedures (under supervision if needed).
  4. Leading board rounds and MDT meetings.
  5. Managing patients requiring non-invasive ventilation and CPAP.
