All posts are appointed to the Southern Health and Social Care Trust. The base hospital for this post is Daisy Hill Hospital however the post holder will be required to work on any site within the Southern Health and Social Care Trust. This is a replacement post to support the development of the Frailty at the front door in Daisy Hill Hospital.

This post will attract a salary of £59,175 - £95,400 per annum based on full-time (pro rata for part-time hours).
