Job Description:

CPL UK Healthcare (formerly RIG Locums) is seeking an enthusiastic General Adult Specialty doctor for inpatient services in Southampton, Hampshire.

The role offers highly negotiable rates for a dedicated psychiatrist. The trust seeks a full-time General Adult Psychiatry specialist interested in expanding inpatient psychiatry experience and developing clinical skills in a supportive environment. The team is well-established with good support from senior colleagues.

The hospital in Southampton focuses on mental health treatment and includes four wards: two for acute male and female patients with functional mental illnesses (such as depression, personality disorder, schizophrenia), a Psychiatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU), and a female acute ward.

Job details:

• Position: Specialty doctor in General Adult Psychiatry
• Hours: Full-time, 5 days per week
• Location: Southampton, Hampshire
• Start date: Immediate, ongoing position
• Rates: Negotiable based on preference
