Priory Group provides a unique opportunity at Priory Hospital North London for a Specialty Doctor to join the Medical and Psychiatry team. This site-based role runs Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm, delivering high-quality psychiatric and medical care to adult inpatients.
You will perform assessments, medical clerking, risk assessments, prescribe and reconcile medications, and participate in ward rounds and MDT reviews while liaising with GPs and acute hospitals to coordinate care.

Priory Hospital North London, Southgate, London is a specialist mental health and addiction treatment centre providing care for conditions including addictions, depression, anxiety, stress and OCD, as well as private autism assessments for adults. It is accessible by public transport, with Southgate Underground station nearby and local bus routes serving the surrounding area.
What you'll be doing
Join Priory as a Speciality Doctor and play a key role in delivering high-quality psychiatric and physical healthcare to patients. Working alongside Consultant Psychiatrists and the wider multidisciplinary team, you’ll provide comprehensive assessment, treatment and ongoing medical support, helping patients move towards recovery in a safe and supportive environment.

Essential for the role
You will hold an MBBS qualification or equivalent recognised medical qualification, with full registration and a licence to practise with the General Medical Council (GMC). You must remain in good standing with the GMC and demonstrate a commitment to maintaining the professional standards expected of medical practitioners working within psychiatric services.
