We are seeking Full-Time/Part-Time skilled and experienced Baristas to join our team at WatchHouse.

The ideal candidate will be genuine, confident, and skilled, ready to introduce customers to the Modern Coffee experience using top-tier equipment.

Key aspects of the role include:

1. Working as part of your House team to create a vibrant, sociable workspace.
2. Serving coffee and food, supporting the diverse offerings of our business.
3. Providing exceptional hospitality to ensure a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
4. Working at a specific site from 6 am to 6 pm, with training provided.
5. Handling opening and closing duties, maintaining cleanliness and organization.
6. Serving high-quality coffee with attention to detail, speed, and consistency.
