About the Role:
We are seeking a passionate and skilled Specialized Technician to join our team. This full-time role is ideal for a hands-on individual who thrives in racing and autonomous vehicle technology. Your expertise will impact our track performance and autonomous motorsports development.
The position is based in Sint-Truiden, Belgium, with frequent international travel for testing and racing events. Flexibility in schedule, including evenings and weekends, is required.
Key Responsibilities:
Track Operations: Manage vehicle operations during live sessions, including pit stops and real-time adjustments.
Logistics: Oversee vehicle transport logistics across Europe and internationally, collaborating with the Technical Director.
Workshop Leadership: Maintain an organized workshop environment for vehicle prep and maintenance.
Safety: Adhere to safety regulations, flags, and emergency procedures.
