About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and skilled Specialized Technician to join our team. This full-time role is ideal for a hands-on individual who thrives in racing and autonomous vehicle technology. Your expertise will impact our track performance and autonomous motorsports development.

The position is based in Sint-Truiden, Belgium, with frequent international travel for testing and racing events. Flexibility in schedule, including evenings and weekends, is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Vehicle Management: Lead setup, maintenance, and operations of autonomous race cars and high-performance electric vehicles.
• Mechanical Excellence: Perform detailed mechanical maintenance, ensuring peak performance and safety.

Track Operations: Manage vehicle operations during live sessions, including pit stops and real-time adjustments.

Logistics: Oversee vehicle transport logistics across Europe and internationally, collaborating with the Technical Director.

Workshop Leadership: Maintain an organized workshop environment for vehicle prep and maintenance.

Safety: Adhere to safety regulations, flags, and emergency procedures.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of high-performance vehicle systems and optimization.
• Understanding of electronic systems like steer-by-wire and MoTeC.
• At least 3 years in a professional racing environment.
• Automotive or mechanical engineering diploma or equivalent.
• Interest in autonomous driving technologies and innovation.
• Strong team and communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
