Job description

CGRC’s CREATE (Creative Relationships and Emotional Adaptability in a Therapeutic Environment) program is hiring a day-to-day supervisor. The Supervisor provides clinically appropriate therapeutic support services for children aged 3-21 with Autism Spectrum disorder and/or developmental delays. Responsibilities include implementing treatment plans to develop social skills, overseeing service outcomes, analyzing data, and administrative duties.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Supervising employees as designated by CREATE Director.
  • Engaging with clients and families.
  • Reviewing behavior plans and documentation to understand client needs.
  • Collecting and analyzing baseline data to inform treatment.
  • Overseeing curriculum development and ensuring clinical competence.
  • Implementing evidence-based lesson plans and curricula.
  • Communicating progress to families and team members.
  • Using client strengths to guide behavioral strategies.
  • Supervising medication administration with guidance from a registered nurse.
  • Participating in supervision meetings and sharing clinical ideas.
