A leading healthcare provider is seeking a candidate for a 6-month position in Renal Medicine. The role involves working collaboratively with a dedicated renal team to care for patients and provide specialized renal services, including both inpatient care and specialty clinics. Ideal applicants will possess strong clinical judgment and relevant medical qualifications to enhance their skills in this dynamic field.
This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate aspiring to a career in Renal Medicine. The successful applicant will work with the renal team for a period of 6 months.
The Trust operates a ward-based system, and you will be working as part of a team of doctors and consultants to look after renal and general medical inpatients on the ward (Victoria Ward), and patients referred to the renal team by specialties on other wards. The Berkshire Kidney Unit provides renal services, including acute haemodialysis and plasma exchange for Berkshire. The successful applicant would also have the opportunity to attend clinics, including specialty clinics such as transplant and vasculitis.
