A leading healthcare provider in Wigan seeks two Speciality Booking Co-ordinators due to increased demand for their Ultrasound Services. This permanent role involves assisting with appointments, offering full training, and requires commitment to patient engagement and effective communication. Candidates must be prepared to work weekends and demonstrate strong work ethics.
We are looking to recruit two hardworking and enthusiastic Speciality Booking Co-ordinators to assist our team due to an increase in demand for Obstetric and Non-obstetric Ultrasound Services.
This will be a permanent position for 37.5 hours per week, working Monday to Saturday.
A Standard DBS check will be obtained during pre-employment checks.
This role involves contact with patients and families, primarily over the telephone, and face-to-face interactions.
Evidence of qualifications will be requested at interview and during the compliance stage.
The main responsibility is to provide a Trust-wide Ultrasound appointments booking service.
This is a busy role, and applicants must be prepared to work on Saturday and/or Sunday as part of their five-day working week.
Full training will be provided to the successful applicant.
