This strategic role holds full end to end ownership of events at our London HQ, from high level strategy to hands on execution. As the on site events specialist, you’ll design and deliver experiences that drive engagement, foster connection, and reinforce our high performance culture here at Checkout. We’re seeking a Specialist, Events, Workplace Experience to lead the strategy and delivery of internal events and workplace activations. This role goes far beyond logistics, demanding a balance of strategic planning, creative experience design, and rigorous data led decision making.
As a cultural architect, you will be the central owner for designing experiences that are directly aligned with our business objectives and operating principles, ensuring they are measurable in their impact. This is a full time, hybrid role, requiring flexibility for some out of hours events.
Proven ability to deliver end to end, high impact events and activations in a fast paced, global or creative environment. Ideally in fintech, tech, or professional services.
