Responsibilities
  1. Coordinate logistics operations and resolve logistical challenges to support business needs, including processing customer deliveries.
  2. Manage equipment installation logistics, focusing on customer satisfaction and communication.
  3. Communicate effectively with teams involved in logistics to improve processes and handle delays or anomalies.
  4. Oversee vendor relationships, carrier performance, invoicing, freight auditing, and return logistics.
  5. Maintain reports and datasets for cost and operational performance management.
  6. Work with teams to gather requirements and develop or improve processes and applications for customer satisfaction and revenue impact.
  7. Manage instrument licenses and international shipping documentation, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  8. Lead weekly meetings to ensure timely processing of installations and coordinate urgent requests.
  9. Support logistics initiatives and perform other related tasks.
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in a related field or 3-5 years of experience in transportation, with knowledge of domestic and international shipments; Bachelor's preferred.
  • Proficiency in Excel; knowledge of SAP or similar systems preferred.
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, adaptable, and detail-focused.
  • Excellent analytical, team-building, and communication skills.

Salary range: $67,200 to $105,600, plus benefits including health insurance, bonus, paid time off, parental leave, and 401(K). Sysmex is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity and inclusion. Employment is contingent upon pre-employment drug testing.
