Qualifications

• Experience of working with children or young people, ideally in an education or support setting.

Responsibilities

• Supporting pupils individually and in small groups to help them access the curriculum.
• Working closely with teachers to deliver planned learning activities and adapt them to individual needs.
• Encouraging positive behaviour and helping pupils to develop confidence and independence.
• Building strong, supportive relationships with pupils and contributing to a safe, inclusive learning environment.
• Monitoring and recording pupil progress and feeding back to the teaching team.
