Are you a passionate, resilient, and dedicated educator looking to make a profound difference in the lives of young people facing barriers to education? We are partnering with a fantastic SEND (Special Educational Needs and Disabilities) provision in Twickenham, commissioned by the Local Authority, to support students who are temporarily disengaged from mainstream education. These pupils may be out of school due to medical needs, complex emotional and social difficulties, or experiences of trauma and abuse.

Experience supporting pupils with Autism, SEMH needs, and complex emotional profiles is essential. A deep understanding of trauma-informed and attachment-aware practice, and the ability to build strong, consistent relationships. Flexibility, creativity, and a sense of humour are key, as the journey may be challenging but rewarding. A genuine belief in the potential of every young person, regardless of their starting point, is crucial.
This is a unique opportunity to be part of an innovative, nurturing provision that gives students a chance to reconnect with learning and begin to thrive again.
If you're ready to lead with empathy, structure, and purpose and want to be part of something truly impactful, we would love to hear from you.
