Job Title: Specialist Support Worker
We are seeking 2 compassionate, resilient, and kind Specialist Support Workers to join our Mental Health service in Southwark.
Salary: £29,940.00 per annum, working 40 hours per week.

Role Details:
The shift pattern includes early (8am-4pm), late (2pm-10pm), and weekend shifts (8am-3pm/3pm-10pm), including some bank holidays.
Responsibilities:
- Build supportive, trusting relationships with customers.
- Conduct holistic assessments incorporating statutory referral info.
- Hold engaging key work sessions to meet Support Plan goals.
- Key-work complex service-users with dependencies.
- Create support plans to enable recovery and progress.
- Assess and manage risks positively.
- Support customers in self-management of medication and recovery.

What You Bring:
Essential:
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in relevant field (e.g., Substance Misuse, Health & Social Care).
- Experience in developing professional partnerships.
- Strong communication skills.
Desirable:
- Knowledge of Recovery and addiction.
- Experience in assessments, care planning, and managing complex cases.
