Our key aim is to empower individuals and promote independence.

We offer:

  • Joining a professional, friendly team with backgrounds in social work, substance abuse, housing, trauma care, or youth services;
  • Working in a Psychologically Informed Environment (PIE);
  • Using a holistic, trauma-informed approach;
  • Applying transferable skills to achieve positive outcomes;
  • Full training, support, and supervision.

Note: Being a driver is a requirement for this position.

Requirements:
  • Provide weekly one-on-one sessions with ‘survivors’ focusing on outcomes;
  • Work within professional boundaries using trauma-focused strategies;
  • Build trust and listen effectively;
  • Manage complex needs, challenging behaviors, and risks;
